The end, for now! I made several attempts at adding more stories between 1993 and 1997, but while they were more coherent than this one, I never actually managed to finish any of them. So these 38 comics constitute the full X!Gloop mythos. But I like to think that every once in a while, his spirit manifests itself somewhere, as does that of his companion Ahasveros.
It'd be interesting if this story could get picked up somehow. It has a raw, manic energy that compensates for the semi(?) incomprehensibility of the plot.
That is exactly what I like about all of X!Gloop despite the art being mostly terrible. It's also why I've made several attempts over the past decades at adding new stories. This is now closer to happening than it has in a long time.
